湖南省高校应用移动图书馆信息服务平台的现状调查与思考

摘　　要：文章以湖南省省内32所高校图书馆为样本,从服务源端调查了各高校图书馆采用移动图书馆信息服务平台的情况,从服务终端调查了用户对移动图书馆服务的接受情况。调查结果发现:利用超星公司的移动图书馆平台和图书馆微信公众号平台开展读者服务的图书馆较多,微信公众号服务栏目设置随意。对调查数据进行分析,指出了高校移动图书馆信息服务八个方面的不足之处,提出了普及高校移动图书馆信息服务的策略。This article takes 32 university libraries in Hunan Province as samples and investigates the use of mobile library information service platforms by university libraries on the server side.It also in-vestigates the acceptance of mobile library services by users on the reader side.The survey results show that there are more libraries that use Superstar's mobile library platform and the library's WeChat offi-cial account platform to carry out reader services,and the WeChat official account service columns are set at random.Based on the survey data,this paper analyzes the shortcomings from eight aspects of the information services of university mobile libraries,and puts forward strategies for popularizing the in-formation services of university mobile libraries.
