摘 要:随着人工智能、大数据等新技术与医疗健康领域的日趋结合,医工结合正在成为创新驱动卫生与健康事业发展的先导力量,医学与工学领域亟须培养一批具备学科交叉融合特质、创新与创业能力突出的复合型人才,助力科技的创新、突破与发展。基于此,首先指出了现阶段“双创”教育存在的三个问题,提出构建文化生态体系、保障体系、课程体系、指导体系、实战体系、孵化体系、评价体系“七位一体”的全方位大学生“双创”教育体系,就医工结合交叉视域下创新创业人才培养机制的建设提出了系列思路及方法。With the increasing integration of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data with the medical and health field,the combination of medicine and industry is becoming the leading force for innovationdriven development.The medical and engineering fields need to cultivate a group of interdisciplinary talents with interdisciplinary characteristics and outstanding innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities for the innovation,breakthrough and development of science and technology.Based on this,the article first pointed out three problems in the mass entrepreneurship and innovation education at this stage,proposed to build an all-round college students’“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”education system that integrates“cultural ecosystem,security system,curriculum system,guidance system,practical system,incubation system and evaluation system”,and proposed a series of ideas and methods for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mechanism under the cross vision of medical treatment and industry.
