摘  要:当前,大学的扩招使社会所需人才增加,故而在高校内进行创业创新教育是培养创新型人才、创新思维能力以及深化教育教学改革建设刻不容缓的举措。从学前教育专业大学生就业的特殊性入手,围绕创业创新主题、红色文化传承和青年创业就业实践挑战等方面,发挥特色专业优势,结合“五育”文化育人方针,打造学前教育专业方向“红柚、金柚、青柚、蓝柚、白柚”工作室,对于坚定大学生远大理想信念、增强大学生艰苦奋斗的意识,培养中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人,提高大学生的政治思想觉悟以及就业紧迫感、就业质量,具有深远的意义。At present,the expansion of university enrollment has increased the number of talents needed by society,so it is an urgent measure to inspire innovative thinking ability and deepen the construction of education and teaching reform.This paper starts with the particularity of the employment of preschool education majors,focuses on the theme of employment and entrepreneurship,the inheritance of red culture and the practical challenges of youth entrepreneurship and employment,gives full play to the advantages of distinctive majors,and combines the five education culture and education policy to create a studio with the orientation of preschool education majors of“red grapefruit,gold grapefruit,green grapefruit,blue grapefruit and white grapefruit”,which is aimed at strengthening college students’lofty ideals and beliefs and enhancing their awareness of hard work.It is of far-reaching significance to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and ideological awareness,sense of urgency and quality of employment.
