摘 要:以碳纳米管(CNT)为催化剂载体,利用化学沉淀法合成氧化锌/碳纳米管(CNT@ZnO)复合纳米粒子。CNT作为光敏化剂被可见光照射时会产生光生电子-空穴对,经过CNT网络传输,CNT导带上的电子被注入到ZnO的导带上,从而实现光生电子-空穴对的有效分离,对染料有稳定的光催化效果。通过组装将复合纳米粒子稳定沉积在静电纺CNT/PAN复合纤维膜表面,制备功能性复合纤维膜。结果表明,改性复合纤维膜具有极佳的亲水性,拉伸强度明显增强,对阴、阳离子染料均具有良好的光催化效果。Synthesis of zinc oxide/carbon nanotubes using chemical precipitation method using carbon nanotubes(CNTs)as catalyst carriers(CNT@ZnO)composite nanoparticles.As a photosensitizer,CNT generates photo generated electron hole pairs when illuminated by visible light.Through the CNT network transmission,electrons from the conduction band of CNT are injected into the conduction band of ZnO,achieving effective separation of photo generated electron hole pairs and stable photocatalytic effect on dyes.Further,composite nano particles were stably deposited on the surface of electrospun CNT/PAN composite fiber membrane through assembly,and functional composite fiber membrane was prepared.The results show that the modified composite fiber membrane has excellent hydrophilicity,significantly enhanced tensile strength,and good photocatalytic effect on both anionic and cationic dyes.
