摘 要:为满足市场高纯杀虫单原粉需求,提升杀虫单质量和收率,通过分析影响杀虫单生产收率和含量的因素,优化了杀虫单生产磺化工艺。基于高温条件下共沸或低温条件下,减压控制杀虫单生产磺化工艺原料氯化物盐酸盐水溶液中二氯乙烷溶剂残留量≤0.5%,氯化物含量50%~55%,以甲醇为反应介质,优化条件下可以获得高纯(≥95%)杀虫单原粉,收率可高达88%。杀虫单生产优化工艺具有企业生产推广应用价值。In order to meet the market demand for high-purity raw powder of monosultap and improve the quality and yield of monosultap,the production sulfonation process of monosultap was optimized by analyzing the factors affecting the yield and content of monosultap.Based on azeotropic under high temperature or depressurization under low temperature conditions,the residual amount of dichloroethane solvent in the chloride was controlled to be within 0.5%,and the chloride content was controlled to be 50%-55%.With methanol as the reaction medium,under optimized conditions,high-purity(≥95%)monosultap raw powder could be obtained,with a yield up to 88%.The optimization process of monosultap production has the value for enterprise production promotion and application.
