摘　　要：介绍蔡平平教授基于八纲辨证治疗绒毛膜下血肿(SCH)的临床经验。在SCH的诊疗中,以八纲辨证为指导,强调阴阳辨证,灵活使用活血化瘀法;以“活血不留瘀、不动血、不动胎、不碍胎”为原则,提出“急则止血,缓则消瘀,澄源安胎为本”的治疗方法,同时宏观和微观相结合,重视脉诊。This paper introduces Professor Cai Pingping's clinical experience of using the eight principles of syndrome differentiation to treat subchorionic hematoma(SCH).The diagnosis and treatment of SCH is guided by the eight principles of syndrome differentiation,with an emphasis on differentiating yin and yang.The method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis is flexibly applied.Adhering to the principles of“activating blood circulation without retaining stasis,stimulating the blood,disturbing the fetus and impeding the fetus”,Professor Cai proposes the treatment method–“In urgent cases,stop bleeding;in chronic cases,resolve stasis;and the fundamental principle is to clarify the source and stabilize the pregnancy.”The treatment strategy integrates macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,with a particular emphasis on pulse diagnosis.
