摘  要:基于多孔羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS),将多胺高分子支化聚氮杂环丙烷(B-PI)接枝修饰,并通过离子印迹改性方法制备六价铬(Cr(Ⅵ))吸附材料(Ⅱ-CMCS-g-B-PI),研究其制备过程中关键参数的“构-效”关系,并对复杂混合溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)选择吸附性能进行考察。结果表明:在接枝过程中,添加1.5 mL的3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷且V戊二醛:MB-PI为1时能有效提升B-PI接枝效率,增大Cr(Ⅵ)吸附量;当控制交联度在94.4%时,Ⅱ-CMCS-g-B-PI相对于未印迹改性材料的Cr(Ⅵ)相对选择性提高39.8%,混合溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)吸附量128.3mg/g;Ⅱ-CMCS-g-B-PI对纯Cr(Ⅵ)溶液和混合溶液的吸附行为均符合准二级动力学模型及Langmuir等温吸附模型,热力学参数表明吸附过程是自发的、吸热且无序度增大。This study based on porous carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS),Branched polyethyleneimine(B-PI),a kind of Polyamine polymer,was grafted and modified,and Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption material(II-CTS-PEI)was prepared by ion imprinting method.The structure-activity relationship of key parameters in the preparation process was studied.The selective adsorption properties of Cr(VI)in complex mixed solution were investigated.The results showed that the grafting efficiency of B-PI and the adsorption capacity of Cr(VI)could be improved effectively when 1.5 mL 3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane was added and Vglutaraldehyde:MB-PI was 1.When the control degree of crosslinking was 94.4%,the selectivity of II-CMCS-g-B-PI increased by 39.8%compared with Cr(VI)of unimprinted modified materials.The adsorption behavior of II-CMCS-g-B-PI on pure Cr(VI)solution and mixed solution accords with the quasi second-order kinetics model and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.Thermodynamic parameters indicate that the adsorption process is spontaneous and endothermic.
