摘  要:采用自制的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)内衬膜,应用于厌氧/好氧膜生物反应器(A/O-MBR)一体化设备中,对仪征市某猪场的养殖废水进行中试试验,考察了A/O-MBR一体化设备对猪场养殖废水的处理效果。结果表明:COD、氨氮去除率分别可以达到75%和80%以上,浊度去除率在99%以上。通过阻力分析可知,膜污染主要为滤饼层污染,由污泥颗粒、大分子有机物、悬浮物等在膜表面吸附沉积引起,经过简单水洗后,膜基本可恢复原貌,A/O-MBR一体化设备在畜禽养殖废水处理中具有很好的应用前景。The self-made braid reinforced polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)membrane was applied to the anoxic/oxic membrane bioreactor(A/O-MBR)integrated equipment to conduct a pilot test on a pig farm wastewater treatment in Yizheng City,and the treatment effect was investigated.The results showed that the removal of COD and ammonia nitrogen reached more than 75%and 80%respectively,and the turbidity removal was more than 99%.The resistance analysis showed that cake layer fouling was the main type of membrane fouling,which was caused by the adsorption and deposition of sludge particles,macromolecular organics,suspended solids and other substances on the membrane surface.After simple cleaning,the membrane can substantially recover to its original appearance.The A/O-MBR integrated equipment has a promising application prospect in the treatment of livestock and poultry breeding wastewater.
