摘 要:随着膜工艺广泛应用于垃圾渗滤液的处理,产出的大量膜浓缩液成为新的处理难题。针对膜浓缩液含盐量高、含有机物浓度高的特点,对电渗析联合臭氧氧化法处理垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液进行了研究,通过电渗析法对膜浓缩液进行脱盐,考察了施加电压、进料流速,浓缩室和稀释室体积比、连续实验等四个因素对电渗析浓缩过程中脱盐率及单位能耗的影响,采用X射线衍射分析电渗析浓缩水的主要成分,采用臭氧处理电渗析稀释水,分析废水中UV254和B/C比的变化。结果表明:电渗析表现出良好的盐浓缩性能,当施加电压为10 V,进料流速为260 L/h,浓缩液和稀释液体积比为1:4时,浓缩液电导率可达到109.6 mS/cm,单位能耗为4.1 kWh/m3。电渗析稀释水经臭氧氧化后UV254去除率达到83.26%,B/C比由0.18升高到0.72,提高了废水的可生化性。With the widespread application of membrane technology in the treatment of landfill leachate,the large amount of membrane concentrate produced has become a new treatment challenge.In view of the characteristics of high salt content and high concentration of organic matter in membrane concentrate,this paper uses electrodialysis combined with ozonation to treat landfill leachate membrane concentrate.The membrane concentrate is desalted by electrodialysis.The effects of four factors,such as applied voltage,feed flow rate,volume ratio of concentration chamber and dilution chamber,on desalination rate and unit energy consumption during electrodialysis concentration are investigated.The main components of electrodialysis concentrated water are analyzed by X-ray diffraction,The dilution water of electrodialysis was treated with ozone,and the changes of UV254 and B/C ratio in wastewater were analyzed.The results show that electrodialysis shows good salt concentration performance.When the applied voltage is 10 V,the feed flow rate is 260 L/h,and the volume ratio of concentrated solution and diluent is 1:4,the conductivity of concentrated solution can reach 109.6 mS/cm,and the unit energy consumption is 4.1 kWh/m3.The removal rate of UV254 in electrodialysis dilution water after ozonation reached 83.26%,and the B/C ratio increased from 0.18 to 0.72,which improved the biodegradability of wastewater.
