摘 要:目的 探索正念干预在改善老年人群抑郁、焦虑负性情绪中的效果。方法 以整群随机抽样方法抽取4所社区日托所的老年人为研究对象,运用正念方法对干预组老人干预8周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和生活满意度指数A量表(LSIA)作为测量工具评估干预效果。结果 干预后,干预组老年人的HAMD-17和HAMA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);LSIA评分则高于对照组。结论 运用正念干预方法能改善社区日托所老年人的抑郁与焦虑情绪,促进心理健康,提高老年人的生活满意度。Objective To explore the effectiveness of mindfulness intervention in improving the negative emotions of depression and anxiety among the elderly.Methods The elderly in 4 community day care centers were selected by cluster random sampling method as the research object,and the elderly in the intervention group were intervened for 8 weeks by mindfulness method.Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Life Satisfaction Index a Scale(LSIA)were used as measuring tools to evaluate the intervention effect.Results Results After the intervention,the scores of HAMD-17 and HAMA of the elderly in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the LSIA score of the elderly in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Mindfulness intervention can improve the depression and anxiety of the elderly in community day care centers,promote their mental health and improve their life satisfaction.
