甘草泻心汤联合银离子漱口液对口腔正畸牙龈炎患者牙周及炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨甘草泻心汤联合银离子漱口液对口腔正畸牙龈炎患者牙周及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取医院收治的100例口腔正畸牙龈炎患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析(2020年1月—2022年8月),根据治疗方式分为对照组49例和观察组51例。对照组予以银离子漱口液,观察组患者同对照组治疗同时加用甘草泻心汤。比较两组患者炎性因子水平、疗效、牙周情况、牙龈红肿程度、疼痛程度、不良反应发生率以及复发情况。结果两组临床疗效相比,观察组明显较优(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者牙周情况均明显改善,两组相比观察组较优(P<0.05);两组牙龈肿痛及疼痛程度相比,观察组均更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清炎性因子水平均降低,两组相比,观察组较低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1年后,两组复发率相比观察组较低(P<0.05)。结论甘草泻心汤联合银离子漱口液应用于口腔正畸牙龈炎,可提高患者临床疗效,改善患者牙周状态及炎性反应,减轻患者疼痛,且可降低患者1年复发率,安全有效。Objective To investigate the effects of Gancao Xiexin Decoction(甘草泻心汤)combined with silver ion mouthwash on periodontal and inflammatory factors in patients with orthodontic gingivitis.Methods 100 cases of orthodontic gingivitis treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed(from January 2020 to August 2022),and divided into control group(n=49)and observation group(n=51)according to treatment methods.The control group was given silver ion mouthwash,and the observation group was also given Gancao Xiexin Decoction.The levels of inflammatory factors,efficacy,periodontal conditions,gingival redness and swelling,pain,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the two groups was better than that of the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the periodontal condition of 2 groups was significantly improved,and the two groups were better than the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the gingival swelling pain and pain degree were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors in both groups were decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 year of treatment,the recurrence rate of the two groups was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined with silver ion mouthwash can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with orthodontic gingivitis,improve the periodontal status and inflammatory response of patients,reduce patients'pain,and reduce the recurrence rate of patients in 1 year,which is safe and effective.
