摘　　要：石菖蒲是广泛用于防治脑血管疾病的中药之一,随着现代医学的进步,发现该药含有挥发油类、生物碱类、黄酮类、核苷类、萜类、苯丙素类、有机酸类、糠醛类、酚类等有效成分,具有改善脑缺血再灌注和脑出血、抗卒中后抑郁、抗卒中后认知功能障碍、保护血管内皮、抑制血小板聚集、调脂稳斑、控制血压、提高血脑屏障通透性等作用,在防治脑血管疾病方面显示出了独特的优势,已经取得一定的成果。文章旨在将近年来国内外石菖蒲及其化学成分防治脑血管疾病方面的药理研究进展进行一综述,以期为该药的药理研究和临床合理用药提供依据和参考。Shichangpu(Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma)is one of the traditional Chinese medicines widely used to prevent and cure cerebrovascular diseases.With the progress of modern medicine,it is found that it contains volatile oils,alkaloids,flavonoids,nucleosides,terpenoids,phenylpropanes,organic acids,furfurals,phenols and other effective components.It can improve cerebral ischemia reperfusion and intracerebral hemorrhage,anti-post-stroke depression,anti-post-stroke cognitive dysfunction,protect vascular endothelium,inhibit platelet aggregation,regulate lipid and plaque stability,control blood pressure,improve blood-brain barrier permeability and so on.It has shown unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases,and has achieved certain results.The aim of this paper is to review the pharmacological research progress of Shichangpu(Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma)and its chemical constituents in the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases in recent years,in order to provide basis and reference for pharmacological research and clinical rational use of this drug.
