摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师参与心血管梅毒患者药物治疗的工作模式,体现药师工作内容和角色价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月~2021年12月某院心胸外科心血管梅毒患者驱梅治疗。结果临床药师通过协助医生管理、优化和监护驱梅治疗,患者治疗过程均无吉海反应发生,心功能明显改善。结论临床药师应用专业优势与医师共同严格制定驱梅治疗方案,同时对患者进行药学监护,确保治疗的安全性及有效性。初步构建临床药师参与心血管梅毒患者的驱梅治疗服务模式,有利于全面提升药师专业素养从而更好地服务于临床和患者。OBJECTIVE To explore the working model of clinical pharmacist involvement in the pharmacotherapy of cardiovascular syphilis patients,reflecting the work content and role value of pharmacists.METHODS The whole process of cardiovascular syphilis treatment in cardiothoracic surgery patients in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 was selected for retrospective analysis.RESULTS By assisting physicians in managing,optimizing,and monitoring de-syphilis treatment,clinical pharmacists were able to significantly improve cardiovascular syphilis patients'de-syphilis treatment process without the occurrence of Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction.CONCLUSION Pharmacists use their professional advantages to work together with clinicians to develop a rigorous de-syphilis treatment program,and at the same time provide pharmacological supervision to ensure the safety and effectiveness.Building a service model for clinical pharmacists to participate in the de-syphilis of patients is conducive to the overall improvement of pharmacists'professionalism and to better serve the clinic and patients.
