摘　　要：患者男,8岁,头发、眉毛脱落1年。皮肤科情况:头发眉毛全部脱落,诊断为普秃。给予巴瑞替尼2 mg,1次/d,治疗8周后头皮局部可见毛发生长,随访22周后脱发严重程度(severity of alopecia tool,SALT)评分降至50%以下,未见药物不良反应。An 8-year-old boy visited our clinic with a complaint of hair and eyebrow loss persisting for one year.Dermatological examination revealed that the patient′s hair and eyebrows had all fallen out.The patient started treatment with baricitinib 2 mg daily.Localized hair growth on scalp was seen after 8 weeks of treatment,and the patient′s severity of alopecia tool(SALT)score dropped below 50%after 22 weeks of follow-up.No adverse drug reactions were observed.
