摘  要:水资源是保护修复永定河生态环境功能、维护河流生命健康的控制性因素。永定河流域水资源极为紧缺,且地表水资源量呈显著衰减态势。为实现紧缺严苛的水资源条件下永定河生态水量的有效保障,系统解析了流域水文演变特征,核算了分河段基本生态水量和多水源生态补水潜力,建立了耦合水资源供用耗排过程和水工程群联合运用的多水源优化调度模型,提出了常规和极端情况下的多水源生态水量调度方案和基于降水年型研判的调度方案运用方式。研究成果为有效保障永定河生态水量、提升应对变化环境的韧性提供了关键方法和模型,为华北地区其他河流生态保护修复和综合治理提供技术参考。Water resources are crucial for protecting and restoring the ecological environment of the Yongding River,as well as maintaining river health.However,water resources in the Yongding River basin are extremely scarce,with a significant decline in surface water quantity.To effectively ensure ecological water under such adverse conditions,this study systematically analyzed the hydrological evolution characteristics of the basin and calculated the basic ecological water volume for various river sections,along with the potential for multi-source ecological water supplementation.A multi-source optimization regulation model was established,integrating water resource supply,consumption,and discharge processes with the joint operation of water projects.This model proposes both conventional and extreme multi-source ecological water volume operation schemes,along with application methods based on annual precipitation patterns.The research provides critical methods and models for effectively securing the ecological water volume of the Yongding River and enhancing resilience to changing environments.Furthermore,it offers technical references for the ecological protection and comprehensive management of other rivers in North China.
