摘　　要：设计了与轻型芳纶帆布相匹配的煤矿用芳纶织物芯阻燃输送带用贴胶,贴胶配方为:60份丁苯胶,40份天然胶,50份炭黑,40份再生胶,4份HL-10,4份DF-1075,3.5份硫磺,1.5份NOBS,30份氯化石蜡,8份三氧化二锑,20份聚磷酸铵,20份硼酸锌。贴胶配方的黏合性能满足MT/T914-2019的要求。A flame retardant adhesive for coal mine aramid fabric core conveyor belt was designed to match lightweight aramid canvas.The adhesive formula is:60 parts styrene butadiene rubber,40 parts natural rubber,50 parts carbon black,40 parts recycled rubber,4 parts HL-10,4 parts DF-1075,3.5 parts sulfur,1.5 parts NOBS,30 parts chlorinated paraffin,8 parts antimony trioxide,20 parts ammonium polyphosphate,and 20 parts zinc borate.The adhesive performance of the adhesive formula meets the requirements of MT/T914-2019.
