探究带束层钢帘线对半钢子午线轮胎性能的影响

摘　　要：通过成品轮胎“外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、高速性能、耐久性能、滚动阻力”等试验,研究带束层钢丝帘线对轮胎性能的影响。结果表明:3种带束层钢丝帘线成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、高速性能和耐久性能均符合标准要求;带束层钢丝帘线主要影响轮胎滚动阻力。Through experiments on the outer edge size,strength performance,bead unseating resistance,high-speed performance,durability,and rolling resistance of finished tires,the influence of steel cord with belt layer on tire performance was studied.The results showed that the outer edge size,strength performance,bead unseating resistance,high-speed performance,and durability of three finished tires with steel cord with belt layer all met the standard requirements;The steel cord with belt layer mainly affects tire rolling resistance.
