摘  要:课题研究了新型类石墨烯材料SG3-G在全钢子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用,通过对N330炭黑的替换,考察胶料的加工性能、物理机械性能、动态生热及热传导性能。结果表明:SG3-G从0份增加到30份,混炼胶的t10和t90缩短,门尼黏度下降明显,硫化胶硬度、拉断强度和定伸应力略有下降,扯断伸长率和扯断永久变形增大,撕裂强度下降明显。同时动态生热有所降低,导热系数增大。The study investigated the application of a novel graphene like material SG3-G in the shoulder pad of all steel radial tire.By replacing N330 carbon black,the processing performance,physical and mechanical properties,dynamic heat generation,and thermal conductivity of the compound were investigated.The results showed that as SG3-G increased from 0 to 30 parts,the t10 and t90 of the mixed rubber shortened,the Mooney viscosity decreased significantly,and the hardness,tensile strength,and tensile stress of the vulcanized rubber slightly decreased;The elongation at break and permanent deformation at break increase,while the tear strength decreases significantly;At the same time,the dynamic heat generation decreases and the thermal conductivity increases.
