基于数据挖掘的白头翁防治动物腹泻的应用分析

摘　　要：通过文献计量学方法,以相关文献、专利、兽药信息等为基础,分析白头翁在动物疾病防治中的应用,挖掘白头翁的研究价值。结果表明,与白头翁相关的主要研究主题有腹泻防治、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等;白头翁被广泛用于猪、鸡、牛、羊、兔等靶动物的疾病防治,以防治腹泻、抗菌、抗病毒、杀虫为主,适用于鸡、猪的白头翁相关中兽药复方制剂研究相对成熟,这些制剂主要用于治疗畜禽湿热泄泻/下痢,部分制剂专用于鸡球虫病、兔球虫病的防治。目前,关于白头翁的药理作用和活性成分也成为研究热点之一,白头翁具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗虫、抗氧化等药理作用,其活性成分以皂苷类为主,且白头翁皂苷B4最受关注。在兽医临床上,白头翁多以传统中兽药复方的形式用于动物疾病防治,但对于白头翁活性成分或复方的药理作用挖掘还不充分;关于其活性成分的应用研究尚不深入;除靶动物猪、鸡外,关于白头翁的其他畜禽兽用制剂相对缺乏。本文综合分析了白头翁在动物腹泻防治中的应用及研究情况,以期为其深入研究与新兽药创制提供参考。Based on the relevant literatures,patents and veterinary drugs information,the application of Radix Pulsatillae in the prevention and treatment of animal diseases was analyzed by bibliometric method,to exploit the value of Radix Pulsatillae.The results showed that the main research topics related to Radix Pulsatillae were diarrhea prevention and treatment,antibacterial,antiviral,anti-tumor,etc.Radix Pulsatillae is widely used in the prevention and treatment of diseases in target animals such as swine,chicken,cattle,sheep and rabbit.Radix Pulsatillae is mainly used to prevent and treat diarrhea,antibacterial,antiviral and anti-parasite,and the research on compound preparations of Radix Pulsatillae related traditional Chinese veterinary drugs suitable for chicken and swine is relatively mature.These—47—Journal of Traditional preparations which contain Radix Pulsatillae are mainly used for the treatment of damp-heat diarrhea in livestock and poultry,and some preparations are tailored for the prevention and treatment of chicken and rabbit coccidiosis.At present,the pharmacological effects and active ingredients of Radix Pulsatillae have also become one of the research hotspots.Radix Pulsatillae has anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,anti-parasite,anti-oxidation and other pharmacological effects.Its active ingredients are mainly saponins,and anemoside B4 is the most concerned.In veterinary clinic,Radix Pulsatillae is mostly used in the form of traditional Chinese veterinary compound for the prevention and treatment of animal diseases,but the pharmacological effects of Radix Pulsatillae active ingredients or compound preparations are not fully explored.In addition to the target animals such as swine and chicken,the preparations of Radix Pulsatillae for other livestock and poultry are relatively less.And the application research on the active ingredients of Radix Pulsatillae is not yet in-depth.This paper comprehensively analyzed the application and research of Radix Pulsatillae in the prevention and treatmen
