穿心莲内酯磺化物注射液对猪的安全性评价

摘　　要：本试验旨在考察肌内注射穿心莲内酯磺化物注射液对靶动物猪的安全性。选取32头健康仔猪,随机分为空白对照组、高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组,3个剂量组分别以25 mg/kg、15 mg/kg、5 mg/kg剂量肌内注射给药,连续3 d,每天1次,观察各剂量组猪给药后的临床表现,考察穿心莲内酯磺化物注射液对猪血液生理、生化指标的影响,试验结束时,对高剂量组及空白对照组试验猪进行剖检及组织病理学检查。结果显示,连续给药后7 d,与空白对照组相比,各剂量组猪临床表现正常,血液生理、生化指标均无显著性差异,各脏器组织均无明显的与药物有关的病理变化。表明通过肌内注射穿心莲内酯磺化物注射液对靶动物猪无明显不良反应,安全性较高。The purpose of this study was to investigate the safety of intramuscular injection of andrographolide sulfonate injection on target animal pigs.Thirty-two healthy piglets were selected and divided into control group,high-dose group,medium-dose group and low-dose group.They were administered at doses of 25 mg/kg,15 mg/kg and 5 mg/kg,respectively for 3 days,once daily.The clinical manifestations of each dose group after administration and the effects on physiological and biochemical indexes were observed.At the end of the experiment,the experimental animals in the high-dose group and the control group were dissected and histopathologically examined.The results showed that after 7 days of continuous administration,the clinical manifestations of the animals in each dose group were normal,and there was no significant difference in blood physiological and biochemical indexes compared with the control group.There were no obvious pathological changes related to the drug in the organs and tissues of the animals.This experiment shows that andrographolide sulfonate injection has no obvious adverse reactions to target animal pigs by intramuscular injection,and has high safety.
