牛谷道入手术的直肠探查与临床诊断

摘　　要：谷道入手术即直肠检查法,是兽医临床较为客观、准确的辅助检查法。谷道入手术也是搜集牛病症状的一种手段,检手在直肠内感受内容物的性状,隔着肠壁对骨盆腔、腹腔后部的器官膀胱、子宫、卵巢、瘤胃、盲肠等进行触诊,根据这些脏器本来的解剖部位、形态及相互关系来判断病理变化,可作为诊断牛病的可靠依据。另外,谷道入手术可以直接治疗部分疾病,中兽医历代相传的涂油入手可治疗牛草结、粪结、便闭等。根据病情需要,有目的地进行直肠探查,对临床诊断、疾病鉴别、预后判断均有重要意义。施术者要熟练掌握操作技巧,全面检查,综合分析,才能提高诊断的准确性。Rectal palpation is a relatively objective and accurate auxiliary examination method in veterinary clinic.Rectal palpation is also a method to collect symptoms of bovine disease.The properties of the contents in the rectum were felt,the pelvic and abdominal organs,such as bladder,uterus,ovary,rumen and cecum were palpated through the intestinal wall.Abnormal pathological changes can be judged according to the original anatomical position,shape and relationship of these organs,which can be used as a reliable basis for diagnosing bovine disease.In addition,rectal palpation can directly treat some diseases.Traditional Chinese veterinarians can treat scatoma by faeces or forage and constipation and so on.According to the needs of the disease,the purpose of rectal palpation is of great significance for clinical diagnosis,disease differentiation and prognosis.In order to improve the accuracy of diagnosis,the surgeon should master the operation skills,comprehensive examination and comprehensive analysis.
