摘　　要：现代城市规划的发展对历史建筑的传承保护与更新利用提出了更高的要求。文章从上海市优秀历史建筑保护的现状出发,结合上海的管理实践经验,围绕提升保护修缮价值,从修缮管理体系完善,顶层政策系统协调,保护修缮,技术进步等方面,对优秀历史建筑保护性修缮的价值保障措施进行探索,并提出相关保护路径与发展策略。With the development of modern city planning,higher requirements are put forward to the inheritance,carrying on,protection and renewal utilization of historical building.Starting from the present situation of protecting heritage architecture in Shanghai,combined with the practical experience of management in Shanghai,around enhancing the value of protective repair,this paper explores the measures for value assurance of protective repair to heritage architecture in perfecting repair management system,coordination of top-level policy system,protective repair as well as technological progress,etc.,and puts forward relevant protection path and development strategy.
