摘  要:氢气作为推动绿色能源转型的重要候选燃料,具有易燃性,小分子结构,可通过脆化作用破坏管道和容器材料,易发生泄漏,具有较大的潜在风险。详细介绍了水电解制备氢气的危险性,包括相关的安全隐患和潜在风险,重点关注电解装置厂房气体探测系统的设计。根据IEC61511的建议,设计与电解装置相关的自动停机系统和恢复安全状态的控制策略,结合ISATR84.00.07推荐的气体探测布点方法,确定探测器的布设数量及位置,从而确保系统的有效性和准确性。As a important candidate for fueling the Green Energy transition,hydrogen is of the characteristics of combustible and small molecular structure,which can destroy the pipeline and container material through embrittlement,and leads to leak and great potential risk.The dangerousness of hydrogen produced with electrolysis with water is introduced in detail,including relative potential safety hazard and potential risk.The design of gas detecting system for electrolysis installation workshop is stressed.According to the suggestion of IEC 6151l,the associated automatic shutdown of the electrolyzer and control scheme of returning to safe state are designed,with combination of the method of gas detection layout recommended in ISATR84.00.07,the number and location for detector are determined,the system accuracy and efficiency are ensured.
