环糊精包覆物改性聚甲醛复合材料的结构与性能

摘  要:以环糊精和聚乙二醇-聚丙二醇-聚乙二醇三嵌段共聚物(PEG-PPG-PEG)为原料,通过滴加反应制备环糊精包覆PEG-PPG-PEG(DA)改性剂,再通过熔融共混挤出法制备DA改性聚甲醛(POM)复合材料,利用差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、万能材料试验机、冲击试验机等仪器对改性复合材料进行结构表征和力学性能分析。结果表明:当DA质量分数为3.0%时,改性复合材料中DA以微小颗粒形式分散在POM基体中,类似海岛结构;与未改性POM树脂相比,在相同结晶温度下,改性复合材料的晶核出现时间缩短,晶核和球晶数量均增多,球晶尺寸变小;改性复合材料的结晶度有所提高,但添加不同质量分数的DA后,改性复合材料之间的结晶度差别不大;当DA添加质量分数依次为0.5%,1.0%,3.0%时,改性复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲模量、简支梁缺口冲击强度均相应增大。Using cyclodextrin and PEG-PPG-PEG triblock copolymer(PEG-PPG-PEG)as raw materials,the modifier(DA)coated PEG-PPG-PEG with cyclodextrin was prepared by drip reaction.And polyformaldehyde(POM)composite modified with DA was prepared by melt blending and extrusion.The structure and mechanical properties of the modified composites were characterized by differential scanning calorimeter,polarizing microscope,scanning electron microscope,universal material testing machine and impact testing machine.The results showed that when the mass fraction of DA was 3.0%,the DA in the modified composite was dispersed in the POM matrix in the form of small particles,similar to the island structure.Compared with the unmodified POM resin,at the same crystallization temperature,the time of nucleation of the modified composite was shorten,the number of nucleation and spherulite were increased,and the spherulite size was decreased.The crystallinity of the modified composites was improved,but there was little difference between the modified composites after adding different mass fractions of DA.When the mass fraction of DA was 0.5%and 1.0%and 3.0%,the tensile strength,bending modulus and notched impact strength of simple supported beam of the modified composite increased correspondingly.
