摘 要:在中国石油辽阳石化公司110万t/a加氢裂化装置中,以俄罗斯原油的二次油(减压蜡油和催化柴油的混合油,二者质量比10∶1)为原料,采用中国石油自主开发的PHT-01加氢精制催化剂、PHC-05加氢裂化催化剂及PHT系列加氢保护剂,为最大限度生产重石脑油进行了工业应用,考察了催化剂应用情况、产品性质及其分布。结果表明:催化剂运行中,可同时进行湿法硫化与钝化操作,精制反应器、裂化反应器的平均反应温度分别为367,363℃,比设计值分别低5,15℃,温升比设计值分别低3,4℃;目标产品重石脑油的含硫(氮)量均小于0.5μg/g、溴指数0.755 mg/g、芳潜质量分数47.3%、初馏点73℃、收率51.56%,精制油含氮量为7~9μg/g,主要产品收率为94.04%,满足下游重整装置进料要求。In the 1.10 Mt/a hydrocracking unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company of PetroChina,the secondary oil of Russian crude oil(mixed oil of vacuum wax oil and catalytic diesel oil,with the mass ratio of 10∶1)was used as raw material,and PHT-01 hydrorefining catalyst,PHC-05 hydrocracking catalyst and PHT series hydrotreating protection agent developed by PetroChina independently were used for industrial application in order to produce heavy naphtha to the maximum extent.The application situation of the catalyst,product properties and distribution were investigated.The results showed that during the operation of the catalyst,wet vulcanization and passivation could be carried out at the same time.The average reaction temperatures of the refining reactor and the cracking reactor were 367℃ and 363℃,which were 5℃and 15℃ lower than the design values respectively,and the temperature rise was 3℃ and 4℃ lower than the design values respectively.The sulfur(nitrogen)content of the target heavy naphtha was less than 0.5μg/g,the bromine index was 0.755 mg/g,aromatic potential mass fraction was 47.3%,the initial distillation point was 73℃,and the yield was 51.56%.The nitrogen content of refined oil was 7-9μg/g,and the yield of main products was 94.04%,which met the feed requirements of downstream reforming unit.
