摘 要:目的探究基于“互联网+”的家庭-学校-个人三位一体管理模式在桂西地区学龄期哮喘患儿延续护理中的应用效果。方法选取儿内科出院的82例学龄期哮喘患儿为研究对象,其中2018年2月1日至2020年2月28日出院的37例患儿为对照组,2020年3月1日至2022年2月28日出院的45例患儿为观察组。对照组实施常规延续护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于“互联网+”的家庭-学校-个人三位一体管理模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的日常生活管理、疾病医学管理、情绪认知管理评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的患儿日常生活、疾病管理能力、父母相互支持评分高于对照组,疾病精力消耗、疾病管理困难及疾病影响担心评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的哮喘总控制率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于“互联网+”的家庭-学校-个人三位一体管理模式在桂西地区学龄期哮喘患儿延续性护理中取得显著应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of family-school-individual trinity management mode based on"Internet+"in the continuous nursing of school-age children with asthma in western Guangxi.Methods A total of 82 school-age children with asthma who were discharged from the pediatrics department were selected as the research objects.Among them,37 children who were discharged from February 1,2018 to February 28,2020 were set as control group,and 45 children who were discharged from March 1,2020 to February 28,2022 were set as observation group.The control group was given routine continuous nursing,while the observation group was given family-school-individual trinity management mode based on"Internet+"on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of daily life management,disease medical management,emotional cognitive management and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of daily life,disease management ability and parents'mutual support in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of disease energy consumption,disease management difficulties and disease impact concerns were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total control rate of asthma in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The family-school-individual trinity management model based on"Internet+"has achieved significant application value in the continuous nursing of school-age children with asthma in western Guangxi.
