中医护理干预在老年慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理干预在老年慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法纳入2020年1月至2021年6月于本院接受治疗的100例老年慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为参考组(50例,常规护理)和中医组(50例,常规护理+中医护理干预)。比较两组患者的心功能、肺功能及生活质量。结果干预后,两组的左室射血分数(LVEF)、心排血量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV_(1)/FVC)均高于干预前,且中医组高于参考组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各维度评分均高于干预前,且中医组高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预可显著改善老年慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭患者的心肺功能,且对于提高生活质量有积极作用。Objective To explore the application effect of TCM nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure who received treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were included as the study objects and divided into reference group(50 cases,routine nursing)and TCM group(50 cases,routine nursing+TCM nursing intervention)by random number table method.The heart function,lung function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO),stroke volume(SV),maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV)and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC)in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the TCM group were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores for each dimension of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the TCM group were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing intervention can significantly improve the cardiopulmonary function of elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure,and has a positive effect on improving the quality of life.
