摘　　要：目的建立了HPLC法测定卡络磺钠中亚硫酸氢钠的方法。方法以0.01 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调pH为3.0)-乙腈为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,用C_(8)色谱柱(Kromasil 100-5-C_(8),4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),DAD检测器检测。结果结果显示,建立的方法系统适用性、专属性、精密度、准确度和耐用性均符合要求,亚硫酸氢钠在限度5%~200%范围内线性关系良好。结论该测定方法操作简便、准确,可用于卡络磺钠中亚硫酸氢钠的测定。OBJECTIVE An HPLC method for the determination of sodium bisulfite in carbazochrome sodium sulfonate was established.METHODS The separation was performed on the Kromasil 100-5-C_(8)150×4.6 mm,5μm and detected by a DAD detector.The mobile phase was consisted of 0.01 mol·L^(-1) monopotassium phosphate(pH was adjusted to 3.0 with phosphoric acid)and acetonitrile with gradient elution.RESULTS The results showed that the established method meets the requirements in terms of applicability,specificity,precision,accuracy,and durability.A good linearity was observed over the range of 5%~200%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the determination of sodium bisulfite in carbazochrome sodium sulfonate.
