摘　　要：目的以学生为中心开展药学专业本科毕业论文指导工作。方法毕业论文开展前,学生先在老师实验室实习二学期;论文题目确定后,学生通过查阅文献自己设计实验方案,并进行实验;课题结束后,学生先草拟出论文提纲,随后完成论文的撰写。导师在论文开展过程中起启发、指导和帮助作用。结果基于OBE理念的本科毕业论文指导形式,有助于调动药学专业学生的主观能动性,提高学生创造性和解决问题的能力。结论不断创新毕业论文指导模式,使学生成为课题的主人,是培养新时代“德、理、技、创”优秀生物医药技术人才的需要。OBJECTIVE To develop the student-centered guidance for the undergraduate thesis in pharmacy.METHODS The students should practice in the tutor′s lab for about two terms.After the thesis title is determined,the student would search references,design the experimental protocol,and carry out the experiments.After the research work is completed,the students need to construct a thesis outline,based on which they would write out the dissertation.In the whole process,the role of the tutor is inspiring,guiding and providing help.RESULTS The OBE based direction for undergraduate thesis helps to motivate the personal activity of the pharmaceutical students and improve their creativity as well as the ability in solving problems.CONCLUSION It is necessary to keep innovating the modes of thesis guidance and to make the students become the masters of the research projects they are working on.This is also the demand of the new era for culturing the excellent biomedical talents with morality,ideals,technology and innovation.
