摘　　要：片碱包装采用振动输送机振动下料时,振动输送机故障频繁,且包装机下料口粉尘较大,影响安全生产。用双螺旋输送、包装一体机代替了振动输送机及半自动包装机,介绍了双螺旋片碱包装机的应用优势,总结了在试运行中的问题及解决方法。When packaging flake caustic soda,a vibrating conveyor is used for vibration feeding.The vibrating conveyor malfunctions frequently and there is a large amount of dust at the feeding port of the packaging machine,affecting safety production.A double spiral convey and packaging integrated machine are used to replace the vibration conveyor and the semi-automatic packaging machine.The advantages of the integrated machine in flake caustic soda packaging are introduced.The problems and solutions during trial operation are summarized.
