摘  要:随着中国新型电力系统建设的逐步开展,需求响应作为优化电网调控的方式之一,在新型电力系统中得到了广泛的应用。为解决电动汽车充电站对不同类型的电动汽车用户需求响应激励不足的问题,提出了一种基于成长体系的电动汽车充电站需求响应方法。该方法采用电动汽车充电需求和电池退化成本计算电动汽车充电站需求响应成本,通过电动汽车用户需求响应成长值等级激励措施,实现了对不同需求的电动汽车用户需求响应价格的浮动,从而保持了前段电动汽车用户的需求响应活跃度,提升了电动汽车充电站需求响应的盈利能力。在某城市的实例运行表明,相较于多时间尺度随机优化需求响应方法,该方法的利润提高了77.97%。该方法能激励电动汽车参与需求响应,提升电动汽车充电站盈利能力。With the gradual development of China’s new power system construction,demand response,as one of the ways to optimize grid regulation,has been widely used in the new power system.In order to solve the problem of insufficient incentives for electric vehicle charging stations to respond to the demand of different types of electric vehicle users,a demand response method for electric vehicle charging stations based on growth system is proposed.This method calculates the demand response cost of the electric vehicle charging station by using the electric vehicle charging demand and battery degradation cost,through the demand response growth value level incentive measures for electric vehicle users,the price of demand response for electric vehicle users with different needs fluctuates,thus maintaining the demand response activity of the front electric vehicle users,and improving the profitability of demand response of the electric vehicle charging station.An example in a city shows that the profit compared with random demand response optimization method with multiple time scales is increased by 77.97%.This method can encourage electric vehicles to participate in demand response and improve the profitability of electric vehicle charging stations.
