我国植物种质资源法律保护与利用的研究探析--基于CiteSpace知识图谱的可视化分析

摘　　要：以中国知网数据库中与植物种质资源法律保护相关的共计1093篇期刊文献为研究对象,利用文献可视化软件CiteSpace绘制生成关键词聚类、时间轴及关键词突显等知识图谱,对我国植物种质资源法律保护与利用领域的研究历程、重心变迁、热点问题等进行梳理。研究发现,在过去近40年中我国的植物种质资源保护利用体系发展已经较为完整并初具成效,建立起一套相对完善的法律制度体系,但仍存在研究视角比较狭窄、研究方法固化单一以及保护体系层次排布不均等问题。未来我国植物种质资源法律研究的发展应当注重研究视角多元化;注重实践与理论的交互结合,聚焦精细化管理;加强政策扶持、人才引育和配套制度建设等,不断探索新模式、新路径。A total of 1093 periodicals related to the legal protection of plant germplasm resources in the China Knowledge Network database were studied.Using CiteSpace software to draw knowledge map of keyword clustering,time axis and keyword highlighting,this paper reviews the research process,changes of focus and hot issues in the field of legal protection and utilization of plant germplasm resources in China.It is found that in the past 40 years,the protection and utilization system of plant germplasm resources in China has been relatively complete and effective,and a set of relatively perfect legal system has been established.However,there are still some problems such as narrow research angle,single research method and unequal arrangement of protection system.The future development of legal research on plant germplasm resources in China should pay attention to the diversification of research perspectives,the combination of practice and theory,and the fine management.We will strengthen policy support,personnel training and the building of supporting systems,and constantly explore new models and approaches.
