摘  要:GEG外壳是减速机中的重要零部件,是一种具有复杂内腔的薄壁箱体类且轮廓尺寸又大的灰铁铸件,壁厚较均匀,对尺寸精度和外观质量要求高。铸件外形局部的拔模斜度要求在1°以内,且外形有14条细长凹槽,导致铸件外形出模难度很大。设计初步的壳模壳芯铸造工艺方案并进行生产验证,发现铸件上表面容易产生气孔缺陷,同时在铸件清理工序出现大量的芯砂进入砂处理系统,影响型砂性能稳定性。因此对铸造工艺进行全面改进,并采取用潮模砂形成铸件外形来代替壳模的工艺,最后彻底解决了铸件缺陷,并最终形成批量稳定供货。GEG Housing is an important part of the speed-cut motor of the lenze company in Germany,it is a kind of gray iron casting with complex inner cavity and large outline size,the wall thickness is relatively uniform.It requires high dimensional accuracy and appearance quality.The local draft angle of casting profile should be within 1°and there are 14 slender grooves in the shape,which makes it very difficult for the casting shape to get out of the mold.It is found that the upper surface of the casting is easy to produce porosity defects and a large amount of core sand enters the sand treatment system,which affects the performance stability of molding sand.The casting process was comprehensively improved,and the shell mold was replaced by the molding sand to form the casting shape.Finally,the casting defects were completely solved,and the batch supply was stable.
