摘  要:由于颗粒增强铝基复合材料具有优良的综合性能,其成型及制备技术是现阶段关注的热点,也是未来多元颗粒的重要研究领域之一。本文归纳总结了多元颗粒增强铝基复合材料的制备方法,以及搅拌铸造、粉末触变成形、粉末冶金等成型及制备工艺的优缺点。对增强颗粒和基体合金界面润湿性改善的方法及多元颗粒协同增强对铝基复合材料显微结构、力学性能、磨损性能的影响进行了概述,并对未来多元颗粒增强铝基复合材料进行了展望。Due to the excellent comprehensive properties of particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composites,their molding and preparation technology is a hot topic at this stage,and it is also one of the important research areas of multi-particle in the future.In this paper,the preparation methods of multi-particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of stirring casting,powder thixoformimg,powder metallurgy and other molding and preparation processes are summarized.In this paper,the method of improving the wettability of the interface between the reinforced particles and the matrix alloy and the synergistic enhancement of multiple particles on the microstructure,mechanical properties and wear properties of aluminum matrix composites are summarized,and the future prospects of multi-particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites are prospected.
