摘 要:针对电涌保护器后备保护装置选型合理性的问题,依据《民用建筑电气设计标准(GB51348-2019)》等规范对后备保护装置参数和性能的规定,将目前广泛应用于工程实际的后备保护装置归纳为三类:断路器、熔断器、前端集成微断器类。通过对后备保护装置进行理论分析与试验对比,发现断路器存在引入残压大、耐冲击性差的问题,熔断器存在耐冲击性差、不可恢复的问题。结合断路器、熔断器的特点,提出了一种双通路微断器的设计思路。通过该思路设计出的微断器,在这三类后备保护装置中应对工频短路电流、冲击电流综合表现能力最佳,且具有一定的可恢复能力。文中双通路微断器的设计,对提高电源系统雷击耐受能力、降低社会雷击风险损失具有一定的积极作用。In response to the rationality of the selection of backup protection devices for surge protective device,based on the specifications such as“Electrical Design Standards for Civil Buildings(GB51348-2019)”,the backup protection devices that widely used in engineering practice were classified into three categories:Circuit Breaker,Fuse,Special Circuit Breaker.High residual voltage and poor impact resistance were found for Circuit Breakers,while poor impact resistance and irrecoverability were found for Fuses by theoretical analysis and experimental comparison of backup protection devices.A design concept for dual channel Special Circuit Breaker was proposed based on the characteristics of Circuit Breakers and Fuses.The Special Circuit Breaker designed through this approach exhibited the best comprehensive performance in dealing with power frequency short-circuit current and impulse current among these three types of backup protection devices,and presented some degree of recoverability.The application of the design concept of dual channel Special Circuit Breaker will have a positive effect on improving the lightning resistance of power systems and reducing social lightning risk losses.
