习近平“以人民为中心”的法治理念解读

摘　　要：习近平法治思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是新时代中国特色社会主义法治体系的核心和灵魂。其中兼具创造性和引领性的“以人民为中心”的法治理念,为探寻法治国家建设的方向注入了全新的价值导向。“以人民为中心”的法治理念体现了马克思主义法治观,同时也继承了中国传统文化法治观。在“以人民为中心”的法治理念指导下,我国的立法、执法和司法实践取得了重大的成就,极大地保护了人民的利益,取得了良好的社会效果。新时期需要进一步推进“以人民为中心”的法治理念的实施,必须坚持进行全过程人民民主的伟大实践,坚持以人民的满意度作为法治建设成效的最终标准,坚持造福人民保护人民的初心立场。Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law is the important part of Xi Jinping’s socialism with Chinese characteristics,It’s center and soul of the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.Idea of rule of law with people-centered is be creative and leading that puts in a new value orientation to build rule of law State.We have made great progresses in legislation,enforcement,and judicial practice through the guide of Idea of rule of law with people-centered,and protected benefits of the people.At the same time,we have got good social effects.In the new times,We should keep up the great practice of whole-process people’s democracy,keep up the legal founding effect standard to the satisfaction of the people,keep up the original intentional position to benefit the people and protect the people.
