摘　　要：伴随着三维实景建模技术的发展以及警务工作信息化发展水平的逐步提高,将三维实景建模技术应用于可视化警务指挥系统逐渐成为警务实战化领域研究和应用的热点。三维实景建模警务指挥系统可广泛应用于重点目标基础信息呈现、预案推演、大型活动安保、实景三维与视频融合监控、辖区网格化三维管理、警力三维部署与警情三维呈现、公安三维模型与消防救援联动应用等多个领域。三维实景建模警务指挥系统需要在将三维实景建模警务指挥系统转化为实际战斗力、完善实景三维模型可视化警务应用、推进三维实景建模与大数据等新技术深层次融合等方面进一步发展。With the development of real-world 3D modeling technology and the gradual improvement of the informatization level of policing,the application of real-world 3D modeling technology in visual policing command systems has gradually become a hot topic in the research and application of police actual combat.The police operational system with real-world 3D modeling can be widely applied in the basic information presentation of key targets,the deduction of contingency plan,large-scale events security,real-world 3D and video fusion monitoring,3D grid management of jurisdictions,3D deployment of police forces and 3D presentation of an alarm,public security 3D modeling and fire rescue joint operation.In the future,efforts should be made to convert the 3D realworld modeling policing operational system into actual combat capabilities,improve the visualization of the realworld 3D modeling,and further integrate new technologies such as real-world 3D modeling with big data.
