摘 要:本研究以高铁异步牵引电机为对象,深入探讨了电机的电磁设计,充分运用电机设计的基本理论。首先,通过对高铁牵引系统要求的深入剖析,系统性分析了异步牵引电机的电磁设计需求,并在设计阶段采用了基础的电机设计理论,涉及电机的极数、定子铁心尺寸以及气隙长度等关键参数的选择。完成电机尺寸设计后,对牵引电机在各特征工况点的性能参数进行了详细计算。最后,采用有限元仿真技术对电机的额定工况进行了二维电磁仿真分析,仿真结果与电磁计算相对比显示,电机定子相电流和输出转矩均在误差允许范围内,符合工程设计要求。该研究对高铁异步牵引电机的电磁设计提供了具体而深刻的理论指导,具备较高的工程应用参考价值。This study focuses on the electromagnetic design of high-speed rail asynchronous traction motors,utilizing fundamental theories of motor design.Initially,a thorough analysis of the requirements of the high-speed rail traction system was conducted,systematically examining the electromagnetic design demands of asynchronous traction motors.During the design phase,fundamental motor design theories were applied,encompassing the selection of key parameters such as the number of poles,stator core dimensions,and air gap length.Following the completion of motor size design,a detailed calculation of performance parameters at various characteristic operating points of the traction motor was performed.Subsequently,finite element simulation technology was employed to conduct a two-dimensional electromagnetic simulation analysis of the motor under rated operating conditions.A comparative analysis between the simulation results and electromagnetic calculations demonstrated that the stator phase current and output torque of the motor fell within the permissible error range,meeting engineering design requirements.This study provides specific and insightful theoretical guidance for the electromagnetic design of high-speed rail asynchronous traction motors,offering considerable value for engineering applications.
