摘 要:为了探究采用旋压成型制备铝合金灯罩过程中材料的变形行为及其工艺参数对成型性的影响规律,采用模拟软件建立了铝合金1100 L5旋压数值模型,分析了旋轮安装角、芯模的转速、旋轮的速度对成形的影响规律。结果表明:芯轴转速对旋压件的成形质量影响不大,当旋轮的进给速度为1.74 mm/s时,成形工件的边缘部分出现起皱现象,安装角度为35°时,旋压件的边沿应力、应变都比较大。最佳工艺参数为:旋轮安装角为40°,芯轴转速为12 rad/s,旋轮进给速度为1.36 mm/s。In order to explore the deformation behavior of materials during the preparation of aluminum alloy lampshades by offset spinning and influence of various factors on the formability.A numerical spinning model of aluminum alloy 1100 L5 was established by Simulation software,and the influence of rotating wheel installation angle,core die speed and rotating wheel speed on forming was analyzed.The results show that the spindle speed has little effect on the forming quality of the spinning parts.When the feed speed of the spinning wheel is 1.74 mm/s,the edge part of the forming parts has wrinkling phenomenon.When the installation Angle is 35°,the edge stress and strain of the spinning parts are relatively large.The optimum combination of process parameters is as follows:the rotary wheel installation angle is 40°,the mandrel speed is 12 rad/s,and the rotary wheel feed speed is 1.36 mm/s.
