摘 要:[目的]研究未钝化和钝化处理的0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢在西沙海洋大气环境下暴露1年的腐蚀行为。[方法]采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、视频显微镜(VM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等仪器研究了未钝化和钝化0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢腐蚀后的表面形貌及腐蚀产物的成分。[结果]在海洋大气环境下暴露一定时间后,未钝化和钝化处理的0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢表面均发生了腐蚀,且以点蚀为主,腐蚀质量损失随时间变化的曲线符合幂函数规律,腐蚀产物的主要成分为β-FeOOH。对比腐蚀产物覆盖面积和腐蚀坑深度可知,钝化处理能够提高0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢的耐腐蚀性能,但在西沙海洋大气环境下服役时不能提供长期保护。[结论]应探索新的防护手段来提高0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢在海洋大气环境中的耐腐蚀性能。[Introduction]The corrosion behaviors of unpassivated and passivated 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steels during exposure in the marine atmosphere of Xisha islands for one year were studied.[Method]The corroded surface morphologies of unpassivated and passivated 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steels and the compositions of their corrosion products were examined by using scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy-dispersive spectrometer(EDS),video microscope(VM),and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).[Result]Corrosion occurred mainly in the form of pitting on the surface of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel after being exposed in marine atmosphere for a certain period no matter whether it was passivated or not.The relationship between weight loss and exposure time followed the power function.The corrosion product was mainly composed ofβ-FeOOH.Based on the comparison in the coverage of corrosion product and depth of corrosion pit,it was shown that passivation could improve the corrosion resistance of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel,but not provide a long-term protection in the marine atmosphere of Xisha islands.[Conclusion]It is necessary to explore a novel protection technology to improve the corrosion resistance of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel for its service in marine atmosphere.
