摘 要:[目的]垃圾焚烧炉锅炉管道面临严重的高温冲蚀磨损问题,本文研究了磷酸盐陶瓷涂层的耐高温冲蚀磨损性能,以期实现对垃圾焚烧炉锅炉管道的长寿命保护。[方法]以浓磷酸、氢氧化铝、氧化镁和氧化锌为原料,在12Cr1MoV钢表面制备了磷酸盐陶瓷涂层。在不同冲蚀颗粒质量和冲蚀角下对涂层进行高温冲蚀磨损试验,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了磷酸盐陶瓷涂层的微观组织结构和冲蚀磨损形貌,探究了涂层的高温冲蚀磨损机理。[结果]磷酸盐陶瓷涂层的冲蚀质量损失随着单位时间内冲蚀颗粒质量的增加而线性增大,涂层磨损率最大时的冲蚀角是90°,随着冲蚀角减小,冲蚀率逐渐减小,冲蚀区域由圆形变为椭圆形。涂层表面在冲蚀后出现许多凹坑,冲蚀角越大则凹坑越深、越明显。[结论]磷酸盐陶瓷涂层在高温冲蚀磨损试验中符合脆性材料的冲蚀磨损规律,它适用于垃圾焚烧炉锅炉管道防护领域。[Introduction]The boiler pipes of waste incinerator face a serious erosion wear problem at high temperature.The study on high-temperature erosion wear resistance of phosphate ceramic coating may help to achieve the long-term protection of them.[Method]A phosphate ceramic coating was prepared with concentrated phosphoric acid,aluminum hydroxide,magnesium oxide,and zinc oxide on the surface of 12Cr1MoV steel.High-temperature erosion wear test was carried out on the coating with different amounts of abrasive particles at various impingement angles.The microstructure and worn surface morphology of the coating were examined by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The high-temperature erosion wear mechanism of the coating was discussed.[Result]The mass loss of phosphate ceramic coating was increased linearly with the increasing of the amount of abrasive particles per unit time,and the maximum erosion rate occurred at an impingement angle of 90°.As the impingement angle decreased,the erosion rate gradually reduced and the worn area was changed from circular to elliptical shape.There were many pits formed on the coating surface after erosion wear test,and the larger the impingement angle was,the clearer and deeper the pits became.[Conclusion]The phosphate ceramic coating conforms to the erosion wear law of brittle materials,and is suitable for protecting the boiler pipes of waste incinerator.
