摘　　要：外感六淫邪气或脏腑功能失调,导致肺失宣降,引发咳嗽,迁延失治,而使咳嗽久久不愈,病位在肺,多与脾、胃、肝、大肠密切相关。慢性咳嗽患者体质多为肺脾气虚,无力驱邪外出,正虚邪恋而日久不愈。临床治疗慢性咳嗽力求溯源病因,重视问诊和舌诊,强调煎法与服法的重要性,注重治病与调质结合。组方思路灵活,将慢性咳嗽的基础方命名为“如羽方”,坚持吴鞠通“治上焦如羽,非轻不举”的思想,用药轻灵,善用对药角药,充分发挥药物协同作用。常用对药角药如杏仁-桔梗-枳壳,紫菀-百部燮理气机;半夏-茯苓-陈皮,沙参-麦冬培土生金;霜桑叶-枇杷叶,僵蚕-蝉蜕祛风通络;黄芪-太子参扶正固本。The six exogenous pathogenic factors or dysfunction of the organs can lead to the dysfunction of Lun,causing persist cough.The location of the disease is the Lung and it is also closely related to the Spleen,Stomach,Liver,and Large intestine.Chronic cough patients often have a constitution of Lung and Spleen Qi deficiency,which means that the evil factors are unable to be expelled out and the disease cannot be cured over time.In clinical treatment of chronic cough,efforts should be made to trace the cause,emphasizing consultation and tongue examination,the importance of decoction and the taking method of the recipe as well as emphasizing the combination of treatment and constitution regulating.His formulation approach is flexible,naming the basic formula for chronic cough as"Ruyu Formula",adhering to Wu Jutong′s philosophy of"treating Upper Jiao with light dose like the feather of bird".In addition,he is good at applying paired drugs and three-drug combinations to make best use of them.Commonly used medicinal herb groups such as Xiongren-Jiegeng-Zhiqiao(almonds-platycodon-fructus aurantia)and Ziyuan-Baibu(michaelmas daisy-radix stemonae)to regulate Qi activity,Baixia-Fuling-Chenpi(pinellia ternate-poria cocos-dried tangerine peel)and Shashen-Maidong(adenophora stricta-ophiopogon japonicus)to Pei Tu Sheng Jin,Shuang Sangye-Bibaye(frost mulberry leaves-loquat leaves)and Jiangcan-Chantui(stiff silkworms-cicada molting)to dispel Wind and unblock meridian as well as Huangqi-Taizishen(astragalus membranaceus-radix pseudostellariae)to Fu Zheng Gu Ben.
