摘　　要：《新推拿医案辑要》是中原推拿名家陈宇清的代表性著作,该书虽有记载,但始终未见面世。周运峰教授获赠该书手稿后进行整理总结,发现《新推拿医案辑要》是我国现存较早的推拿医案专著,集陈老临证经验和学术思想之大成。从《新推拿医案辑要》现存医案中发现,陈老应用推拿治疗疾病涉及内外妇儿等科,尤为重视腹诊辨别病症,并首创患者病情报告,革新了推拿诊治疾病的模式。Summary of New Medical Record on Tuina is a representative works of Chen Yuqing,a famous Tuina master in the Central Plains.Although the book was recorded in other works it has not been read publicly recently.After Professor Zhou Yunfeng was presented with the manuscript of the book,he sorted out and summarized it.It was found that Summary of New Medical Record on Tuina is an earlier existing monograph on tuina medical cases in China,which integrates the clinical experience and academic thoughts of Chen Yuqing.At the same time,from the existing medical records of Summary of New Medical Record on Tuina,it is found that Chen Yuqing′s application of tuina in treatment of diseases involves various internal and external departments including gynecology and pediatrics,with particular emphasis on abdominal diagnosis and identification of diseases and pioneering the patient′s condition report,which innovated the mode of tuina in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
