公立医院高质量发展背景下创新医务管理能力的研究

摘　　要：按照《国务院办公厅关于建立现代医院管理制度的指导意见》(国办发[2017]67号)的指示,力求推进不同级别类别公立医院管理工作的标准化、细致化和科学性,以满足社会发展对医院管理方式日益提高的需求,实现医务管理体系的现代化发展。医务管理工作是医院医疗管理的一个关键组成部分,同时也是医院综合管理的核心,直接关系到医疗安全和质量,对医院的总体运作起着至关重要的作用。文章主要针对医务管理存在的问题以及如何在政策要求下高效高质提升管理水平的创新措施展开探讨,希望通过文章的探讨对助力医院高质量发展提供借鉴依据。According to the Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Establishing a Modern Hospital Management System(Guo Ban Fa[2017]No.67),efforts are made to promote the standardization,meticulousness,and scientificity of the management work of different levels and categories of public hospitals,in order to meet the increasing demand of social development for hospital management methods and achieve the modernization of the medical management system.Medical management work is a key component of hospital medical management and also the core of hospital comprehensive management,directly related to medical safety and quality,and plays a crucial role in the overall operation of the hospital.This article mainly discusses the problems in medical management and innovative measures to efficiently and qualitatively improve management level under policy requirements.It is hoped that the discussion in this article can provide reference for assisting the high-quality development of hospitals.
