血液透析护理个体化指导对糖尿病肾病透析患者自体动静脉内瘘维护效果

摘　　要：目的对糖尿病肾病透析患者接受个体化指导的价值进行分析。方法选取2021年6月—2022年12月本院收治的76例糖尿病肾病透析患者为研究对象,并按照护理方法的不同分为对照组(n=38)、实验组(n=38)两组,分别予以常规护理和个体化指导,并对比护理效果。结果相较于对照组,实验组的并发症发生率及焦虑和抑郁评分更低、患者满意度更高、临床症状缓解时间及护理时间更短,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病肾病患者进行血液透析治疗期间,予以护理个体化指导,不仅能够改善其睡眠质量及不良情绪、缩短临床症状缓解时间及护理时间,还能够减少各种并发症的出现,进一步提升患者的满意程度,从而保证临床治疗的有效性及安全性,值得推广。Objective To analyze the value of individualized instruction for dialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods The experimental subjects were 76 diabetic nephropathy dialysis patients,who were divided into control group(n=38)and experimental group(n=38)by balanced allocation method before nursing,and were respectively given routine nursing and individualized guidance,and compared the nursing effect.The study started and ended from June 2021 to December 2022.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower complication rate,lower anxiety and depression scores,higher patient satisfaction,shorter clinical symptom relief time and shorter nursing time,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During hemodialysis treatment for diabetic nephropathy patients,individualized nursing guidance can not only improve sleep quality,but also improve the quality of sleep,Bad mood,shorten the time of clinical symptom relief and nursing time,but also reduce the occurrence of various complications,further improve the satisfaction of patients,so as to ensure the effectiveness and safety of clinical treatment,worthy of promotion.
