摘  要:为了分析盐雾侵入电子控制器内部而引起的材料和元器件腐蚀效应,通过在控制器内部引入盐雾介质,并在此基础上进一步开展交变湿热试验,分析控制器在上述环境应力下的环境影响效应。研究发现,经2h盐雾浸入后,控制器内部电路板与元器件表面有氯化钠沉积,未发现明显腐蚀,控制器功能性能正常;进一步开展交变湿热试验,试验4天后,控制器内多个电子元器件表面出现明显腐蚀,控制器功能性能正常;试验至8天,控制器内部元器件腐蚀数量增加,并且控制器出现上电和模拟量参数显示异常。对失效控制器进行故障定位分析,通过排故确定失效元器件为晶体振荡器和场效应晶体管,更换上述失效器件后,控制器功能性能正常。In order to analyze the corrosion effect of materials and components caused by salt spray intrusion into the electronic controller,the salt spray medium was introduced into the controller.Furthermore,cyclic damp heat test was carried out to analyze the environmental effect of the controller under the above environmental stress.The research found that sodium chloride was deposited on the surface of the circuit board and components inside the controller with no obvious corrosion,and the controller operated normally after 2 hours of salt spray immersion.Then,4 days cyclic damp heat test was conducted with the controller,obvious corrosion of the electronic components was observed and the controller still operated normally.After further testing for 8 days,the corrosion quantity of components increased,and the controller showed abnormal power-on and analog parameters.The fault location analysis of the failed controller was carried out,and the failure components were identified as crystal oscillator and field effect transistor through troubleshooting.After replacing the above failed components,the controller functions normally.
