摘  要:通用质量特性是舰船电子设备的重要特性,直接决定着装备是否好用、顶用。本文简要介绍了舰船电子设备通用质量特性常用的试验和评估方法,并结合案例对通用质量特性指标要求,分别采用试验验证和核查相关设计文件、现场实物检查等方式进行评价分析,以验证舰船电子设备通用质量特性是否满足上层技术文件的要求。该文不仅详细描述了通用质量特性的评估方法和评价准则,同时规定了评估数据的收集范围和要求,为舰船电子设备通用质量特性的评估提供了依据,具有在工程中推广应用的价值。The universal quality characteristic is an important characteristic of shipborne electronic equipment,which directly determines whether the equipment is easy to use and top-notch.This article briefly introduces the commonly used testing and evaluation methods for the general quality characteristics of shipborne electronic equipment,and combined with case studies,the requirements for general quality characteristics indicators are evaluated and analyzed through experimental verification and verification of relevant design documents,on-site physical inspection,etc.,to verify whether the general quality characteristics of shipborne electronic equipment meet the requirements of upper level technical documents.This article not only provides a detailed description of the evaluation methods and criteria for general quality characteristics,but also specifies the scope and requirements for collecting evaluation data,providing a basis for the evaluation of general quality characteristics of shipborne electronic equipment,and has the value of promotion and application in engineering.
