摘 要:针对某不锈钢厂铁水包脱磷工艺脱磷率低、物料消耗波动大、自动化程度低等问题,本文开发了铁水包脱磷模型。模型直接读取PLC现场设备工艺参数,并通过二级平台读取计划、钢种标准及化验成分等信息,实现铁水脱磷工艺操作参数下达、生产设备状态和工艺参数显示、生产数据存储和历史数据报表查询等功能。采用脱磷模型的炉次平均脱磷率为93.2%,脱磷模型P成分命中误差区间在±0.015%的离线验证,在线验证命中率分别为94.2%和90%,基本达到工艺生产需求。Aiming at the problems of low dephosphorization rate,large fluctuation of material consump⁃tion and low degree of automation in the hot metal dephosphorization process of a stainless steel plant,a hot metal dephosphorization model is developed in this paper.The model directly reads the process parameters of PLC field equipment,and the plan,steel standard and chemical composition through the secondary platform.The model realizes the functions of issuing the operation parameters of the hot metal dephosphorization process,displaying the status of the production equipment and the process pa⁃rameters,storing the production data and querying the historical data report.The average dephos⁃phorization rate of the furnace using the dephosphorization model is 93.2%.The offline verification and online verification hit rates of the P component hit error interval of the dephosphorization model in±0.015%are 94.2%and 90%,respectively,which basically meets the process production re⁃quirements.
