摘 要:以硝酸铜和硝酸铝为原材料,采用喷雾干燥-煅烧-氢还原工艺得到超细、Al_(2)O_(3)在铜基体中均匀弥散分布的Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu复合粉体;经热压烧结(HP)和模压成型-烧结-复压-复烧(MP)分别制备出不同Al_(2)O_(3)含量的Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu复合材料,实验对比两种方法制备出的样品的物相、微观结构、硬度和电导率。结果表明:两种工艺得到的复合材料均具有较高致密度,硬度随着氧化铝含量增加而增大,电导率随着氧化铝含量增加而减小。热压烧结(HP)工艺获得的材料维氏硬度(143.9 HV)比同工艺下纯铜的硬度值(74.2HV)提高了93.9%,电导率高于80.09%IACS;模压成型(MP)工艺制备的样品维氏硬度(136.8 HV)比相同工艺下纯铜的硬度值(42.3 HV)提高了223.4%,电导率维持在82.25%IACS以上。Ultrafine Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu composite powders,in whose copper matrix Al_(2)O_(3) is uniformly dispersed,were obtained by spray drying-calcination-hydrogen reduction process with copper nitrate and aluminum nitrate as raw materials.Then Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu composites with different Al_(2)O_(3) contents were prepared by hot-pressing sintering(HP)and molding-sintering-repressing-resintering(MP).The nature,microstructure,hardness and electrical conductivity of the samples prepared by the two methods were studied.The results show that the composites obtained by the two processes have high density.The hardness increases with the increase of alumina content and the conductivity decreases with the increase of alumina content.The Vickers hardness(143.9 HV)of the sample prepared by hot pressing sintering(HP)process is 93.9%higher than that of pure copper(74.2 HV)under the same process,and the conductivity is higher than 80.09%IACS.The Vickers hardness(136.8 HV)of the sample prepared by molding process(MP)is 223.4%higher than that of pure copper(42.3 HV)under the same process,and the conductivity remains above 82.25%IACS.
