摘　　要：报告1例麻风治愈后高分化皮肤鳞状细胞癌。患者男,78岁。右手背感染后肉芽状增生伴疼痛1周,怀疑麻风复发皮损。皮肤科检查:右手背部一约7cm×8cm×1cm淡红色至暗红色菜花样乳头样组织增生,呈结节状或疣状突起,生长迅速易破溃并向周围浸润,结节易破溃,形成火山口样溃疡,可见污垢坏死组织和脓样分泌物,伴恶臭。皮损组织病理检查:真皮内可见鳞状细胞团块,抗酸染色(-)。诊断:高分化鳞状细胞癌。A case with cured leprosy but suffering from well differentiated skin squamous cell carcinoma is reported.A 78-year-old male presented with graulation hyperplasia with pain after infection of the right back for 1 week,which was suspected of skin lesions due to leprosy recurrence.Physical examination showed light red to dark red cauliflower-like,papillary tissue hyperplasia,with nodular or warty protrusions that grow rapidly,were easy to break and infltrate to the surrounding,forming crater-like ulcers with dirt necrotic tissue and pus-like secretion,accompanied by a bad smell.Histopathological examination revealed that squamous cell mass in dermis,and negative acid-fast staining.The diagnosis of well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was made.
